Delete my data
In the app
Open Roadlie → Settings → Cloud backup → Delete all cloud data. This is the quickest way, and it also turns cloud backup off on that phone.
With your private viewer link
If you no longer have the phone, paste the private viewer link (it looks like https://roadlie.com/v/…). You can find it in the app, or in wherever you saved or bookmarked it.
Ask us
If neither works, send us a message with the topic "Privacy & data deletion". Include your viewer link if you have it; otherwise tell us the phone model and roughly when clips were uploaded, and we'll do our best to find and delete them. We reply within 7 days.
What happens
- Deletion is immediate: the private link and all share links stop working, and the files are removed from storage.
- Anything still in backups or caches is gone within 30 days.
- Recordings stored on the phone itself are not affected — delete those in the app or by uninstalling it.
- Anonymous usage statistics aren't linked to your clips or link, so they can't be looked up; they expire after 13 months. See the privacy policy.
